Q1: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our toothpaste and tooth powder are SLS‑free. Shampoo bars use gentle plant‑based ingredients. For eye masks and face masks, patch test on your inner arm. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Q2: How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on orders 35+.Ordersunder35 pay a flat $5.99. See Shipping Policy for delivery times.

Q3: How long until my order ships?
In‑stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre‑order items have estimated ship dates on the product page.

Q4: Can I track my order?
Yes – you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our store (order tracking page).

Q5: Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order is still “processing,” contact us immediately. Once “preparing for shipment,” we cannot cancel – please use our return policy.

Q6: Are your ingredients natural?
We use naturally derived ingredients whenever possible. Some products contain mild, safe active ingredients compliant with FDA guidelines. See individual product pages for full ingredient lists.

Q7: Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently we ship only to US addresses (including Alaska and Hawaii, but not overseas territories or APO/FPO).

Q8: My package shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
First check with neighbors and your local post office. We can help open a trace with the carrier, but we are not liable for packages correctly delivered to the address you provided.
