Tracking

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, or because it was unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost to re‑ship.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery or take photos and contact us within 48 hours. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
