Refund policy

Return Window We accept returns within 1 year of the date you receive your item(s).

Eligibility

Items must be undamaged and in original condition to be eligible for return.

If the return is due to a quality issue or defect, we will provide a full refund and cover both outbound and return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal preference (no quality issue), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before shipment will receive a full refund promptly.

Custom / Personalized Orders

For custom or personalized products that have not yet been shipped, a refund of 60% of the order total will be issued. Custom orders that have already shipped are not eligible for return.
